Sehr schönes und neues Apartment. Es gibt eine abgesperrte Einzelgarage die per Aufzug erreicht werden kann.

Entspannter Urlaub Die tolle Lage, man kann zu Fuß schöne Wanderungen unternehmen und wenn man mit dem Auto da ist, die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und super für 4 Personen ausgestattet und hatte einen tollen Ausblick von Balkon und Dachterrasse. Der Ort ist sehr idyllisch.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage allgemein ist sehr sauber und sehr sicher. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Mirco hat uns sehr nett empfangen, uns sehr geholfen und uns viele Tipps gegeben! Mit dem Auto ist alles sehr leicht zu erreichen, Supermarkt, Strand und andere Einrichtungen sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, auch nach Frankreich ist es nicht weit.

We had again a very nice time in pietraverdemare. The accommodation is excellent and the owners are very accommodating. This year we arrived with an electric car and they made it possible to charge in the garage under the building which made it very convenient as the car charging options in Liguria are still limited.

Piacevole vacanza - Appartamento nuovissimo, dotato di tutti i confort e magnificamente curato nei particolari. Molto grande il patio ed il giardino ad uso esclusivo. Davvero utile ll garage singolo per custodire auto e biciclette. Gabriella la proprietaria è sempre stata gentile e disponibile anche nel suggerirci ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti nel bel borgo di Vallebona. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Brilliant new apartment in central Vallebona - Our hosts were lovely. Very efficient, friendly & accessible. The modern apartment was just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Vallebona along a private code-locked footpath. Underneath was a remote key operated parking & garage area where we were able to park our car in its own garage. Trolleys and a lift made shifting the luggage a doddle indeed the layout is wheelchair friendly and well thought out. Private garden was pretty and had views over the Valley & sea beyond. Apartment was well equipped and in good quality too. Everything worked and was squeaky clean

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi alloggi.... Bellissimi.. nuovi di ottima qualità. Tutto molto curato nei dettagli. Ottima pulizia. Cucina super attrezzata con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Letto comodo bella vista. Garage. I proprietari molto simpatici, disponibili e attenti a soddisfare le richieste. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo STRACONSIGLIAMO!!!

Great stay in lovely Vallebona - The accommodation is very new and is equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The kitchen has everything you need in order to cook yourself or to have great breakfast. The apartment has a little garden with fresh herbs. The terrace faces the sun until the afternoon and the view is spectacular. The village of Vallebona is beautiful and full of little narrow streets with 2-3 great restaurants. Graciella and Mirco are great hosts and offer their assistance whenever you need them. We were traveling with our 4 month old son and the apartment was perfect for that purpose.

Incantevole soggiorno. Appartamento molto curato, pulito ed arredato con invidiabile gusto. Il giardino, ad uso privato, elegantemente attrezzato ha consentito di trascorrere, nel critico periodo, piacevolissime serate all'insegna della tranquillità e della riservatezza. Il tipico borgo dell'entroterra ligure è raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi e le spiagge a pochi chilometri. Torneremo sicuramente per un periodo più lungo.

Had a great time in a very beautiful flat All very professional und very friendly. The flat is very well designed with lots of arty stuff :-) but also very well equipped with things to cook etc. We suggested a mirror at the exit of the underground garage because it is otherwise rather difficult to see if another car is coming and the landlord had one up the next day - wow. All in all a great stay.

Super Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnungen sind in einem sehr schönen kleinen italienischen Dorf. Die Wohnungen sind wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und sehr modern. In unserer Ferienwohnung hatten wir zwar kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur eine ausziehbare Couch, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Besonders gut sind auch die dazugehörigen Tiefgaragen, da die Straßen a Vallebona sehr eng sind. Cinzia und Graziella, die uns empfangen haben, waren total herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. A Vallebona kann man auch hervorragend essen gehen, aber am besten vorher reservieren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder eine Ferienwohnung nehmen.

Super schöne und moderne Unterkunft Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönem, kleinen Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Im malerischen Ort Vallebona gibt es drei tolle Restaurants, die in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zum Strand a Bordighera è dotato di Auto ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten ... Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Soggiorno ancora superiore alle nostre aspettative! Con la mia migliore amica abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la sua posizione strategica: vicina al centro cittadino, al mare ed alle spiagge di Bordighera, in zona molto tranquilla a due passi da suggestivo borgo medioevale, a pochi chilometri da Sanremo e dalla Costa Azzurra. La residenza, dalle linee pulite e moderne è di recente costruzione, circondata dal verde, completa di giardini, ascensore e box auto. Gli appartamenti hanno ingressi indipendenti. L’ampio monolocale è stato perfetto per noi. Accogliente, spazioso, molto curato nei dettagli, perfettamente pulito, attrezzato e funzionale per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo trascorso splendide giornate al mare rese ancor più piacevoli da rilassanti serate nel rigoglioso giardino. Questo suggestivo, riservato e incantevole spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo è un valore aggiunto alla proprietà. Un ringraziamento particolare a Graziella, per la professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità e per i consigli sui ristoranti dalle squisite ricette locali. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

“Che sorpresa!” Ho scelto questa località perché a soli 30 minuti di auto costa azzurra ma con l’autenticità, le valenze, la genuinità tipica delle migliori località della Liguria di ponente. Nella ricerca l’attenzione si era soffermata su Pietraverdemare a Bordighera, appartamenti per vacanza. L’architettura moderna della struttura, il verde, la pietra, la cura degli arredi e delle decorazioni ci sono piaciuti ed abbiamo trovato i prezzi corretti. Tutto è come si vede nelle fotografie e anche meglio, l’atmosfera è davvero rilassata. Le dotazioni sono complete e di qualità. Pulizia impeccabile! I gestori lavorano con passione e lo si intuisce dalle piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza e rendono piacevole la vacanza. Giudizio generale: molto positivo, da provare e consigliare

L'appartamento è molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Si trova in un moderno ed elegante residence immerso nel verde. Vi si accede comodamente dal garage dove si può parcheggiare l'auto. L'appartamento è arredato con grande gusto e semplicità, come documentato fedelmente dalle foto. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il terrazzo e il giardino, da cui si gode una bellissima vista sulla Vallebona e sul piccolo paese Sasso, che di sera s'illumina come un presepe. L'appartamento è molto fresco, e silenzioso. E' vicinissimo al borgo di Vallebona, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, sulla caratteristica piazzetta del paese si affacciano un bar e un ristorante. Vallebona è in una posizione strategica per frequentare le spiagge libere di Bordighera e Camporosso, fare escursioni nei piccoli borghi dell'entroterra (Dolceacqua, Rocchetta Nervina, Perinaldo e Apricale), visitare le deliziose città di Bordighera e Ventimiglia. Il confine francese è dietro l'angolo, abbiamo facilmente raggiunto Mentone, Monaco e Nizza. Graziella è un'ospite squisita, molto professionale e accogliente. Contiamo di ritornarci ancora in futuro.

Graziella è una host premurosa , sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è come te la immagini: ben curata nei dettagli, accogliente e funzionale. Inoltre la terrazza ed il giardinetto contribuiscono a rendere ancora più gradevole il soggiorno. La casa è l' ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla a due minuti dal carino borgo di Vallebona ma, se vuole, a 10 minuti di macchina può tuffarsi nel mare e nella movida serale di Bordighera. Inoltre i famosi e buonissimi ravioli fatti a mano presso la salumeria di Vallebona hanno reso la vacanza ancora " più gustosa". Siamo stati bene! Grazie

16/08/2020 Prima di tutto un grande ringraziamento a Graziella e Mirco per la loro calorosa accoglienza. Vallebona è un incantevole paesino a soli 7/8 minuti dalla bellissima Bordighera. L'appartamento si trova nella graziosissima residenza Aurora e corrisponde totalmente alle foto e alle nostre aspettative. Tutto è previsto per rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Torneremo senza dubbio

A very pleasant stay because the flat is a dream, excellent equipment and modern new furnished. There are no noises during the night, so we could really sleep very well. The beaches with "blue flag" are 4 KM away, very clean and were not overcrowded during our stay. Excellent restaurants around. The old town of Vallebona is amazing, few minutes walking distance from the flat. All in all, this village and apartment is to 150 percent to recommend for a great stay. We thank Graziella and Mirco for the warm welcome and the excellent support, guide and help during our stay, many thanks and best wishes, Ilona and smiling daughter :-)

it was a wonderful short vocation. the apartment is great and left nothing to be desired. Super family stay. super clean, great facilities, very nice and comfortably furnished. the kitchen is perfect! comfortable beds. Everything has been thought of in the apartment. the view from the terrace and balcony is simply fantastic! "Window to paradise" Nice beach was only a few minutes to drive, shopping nearby, parking in the yard. Mirco & Grazziella we thank you so much, we are happy to being your guest's!

"Die Gartenwohnung ist genau das was wir uns erhofft haben. Wegen der Corona-Situation wollten wir dieses Jahr kein 5* Hotel, damit wir Menschenmassen umgehen. Wir haben eine super Wohnung gefunden die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Hier wurden alle Corona-Massnahmen eingehalten. Unser Auto war immer sicher in der Tiefgarage. Die brandneue Wohnung ist sehr modern und parktisch eingerichtet. Unglaublich sauber. Es hatte uns an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde sogar an Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie z.B. Spray für Kinder gegen Mosquitos oder Waschmittel, Spühlmittel (Spülmaschine), usw. Die Lage ist akzeptabel, es ist einige km von Bordighera entfernt. Wir waren aber nicht nur an einem Strand gebunden, sondern haben jeden Tag einen neuen kennengelernt (Bordighera/Sanremo/Menton). Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und sind für einen da. Wir (vierköpfige Familie) können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen. Grazie Graziella!"

Sono stata a visitare questi appartamenti e sono rimasta colpita dalla pace del posto e dall'eleganza di tutto il contesto.La lontananza dalla cittadina e dal mare è veramente minima e questo mi fa apprezzare ancora di più la bellezza del luogo.La mia estate è assicurata ...in serenità e un po' lontano dal caos cittadino
